It is a S6, I totaly forgot to take it away before I went to do the beamshots lol. I've got Simon's newer 3v 8a buck driver driving a sft40 6500K and with a SMO reflector. It's pretty freaking potent.
Thanks to this community and your friendly incite I've been given the skills to throw these together myself. It's not much compared to the amazing work I see out there, but it's really gratifying to put something together and know how the damn things works tops to tails.

Agreed, but only if they use a proprietary hard or software that they eventually drop support for

Kazoo like controls where you have to use your mouth and sliding action to switch modes
H17fx with fet and double click turbo is hard to beat. That being said, the 8a buck driver is a godsend for a lot of different builds
