Jesus the monochromatic, shades-of-grey everything-looks-the-same low contrast UI bullshit today really pisses me off.
I feel bad for people with vision issues - some organization needs to sue all these companies for lack of accessibility.

In the US we have "Dollar Tree" where everything was... One dollar.
A couple years ago they raised the prices to $1.25, we now call it "the five-quarter store".
I'd say it's usually a sign they've gotten worse
Maybe a little exaggerated.
I'm sure it happened, just probably not as constantly as portrayed.
Perhaps only 4 days a week.
65° on a clear day would be bad enough.
I've had cars with a sunroof, and on clear days it could be hot as hell even at lower temps.
Hell, even today manufacturers will have warnings that the rollover bars aren't for passenger protection.
Crazy stuff.
Airbags were introduced in the 60's as an option, no one wanted the extra expense.
It took regulation to make airbags commonplace, not really much to do with patents, more to do with airbag manufacturers, auto manufacturers and insurance underwriters working together to lobby for the regulation...since it benefitted them.
Not that I'm against airbags in cars - this is just how it came about - vested interests.
You're getting downvoted, but one does have to ask why a prosecuter would do something like this knowing it would get the case thrown out.
Doesn't matter what it is.
Never mix work and personal in a device. Anytjing that happens with work, your device may be considered evidentiary...goodbye device until that's resolved.
Wobbling would be more influenced by the caster angle than anything (which is really the rake angle on a bicycle or motorcycle). It's the same reason cruiser motorcycles are easier to handle than sport bikes at lower speeds.
Straight bars would be more responsive since they're a shorter lever, while the curved bars are a longer lever, meaning it takes more arm motion to turn the wheel, so those bikes should be more stable/less twitchy.
Must be more at play with the wobbly riders you're seeing.
It obfuscates the details of what can be managed, with no clear way to show those details.
