She's so remorseful she got caught
She even took full responsibility.... by throwing other attorneys under the bus and claiming they were more experienced and should have guided her better
I have taken responsibility already before the Colorado bar, who censured me
Is that all, or is it just a necessary step on the way to disbarment?
She acknowledged before the Colorado Bar Association that she violated Colo. RPC 8.4(c), which prohibits reckless, knowing, or intentional misrepresentations by attorneys.
