A new report by a banking website has rated Regina as the top spot to retire in Canada.

Until you realize it is -40 for more than half the year, there are no doctors and ER wait times are measured in days. And don't say healthcare isn't important, it is even more important after 65.

Family octors are plenty vs Ontario. ER wait times: yeah, same day service though.

It's strictly about cost of living. Nothing else. Most people's retirement locations have more to do with where their children/family are than anything else.
