I've been lurking here for a while now and have never written anything, but there always has to be a first time.

Sooo,

I managed to buy 3x HP Elitedesk 800 g6 mini (i5 10500 on board, 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD in each node).

My goal is to build a small proxmox cluster (3 nodes) with 64GB RAM per node. I'm wondering what drives to put in them and what would be the optimal configuration, 2x small nvme for OS/ISOs/Templates in the mirror and 2.5 ssd for VMs or maybe a small 2.5 ssd for OS/ISOs/Templates and 2x nvme for VMs. I know that proxmox itself can write a lot, and the best solution is to use enterprise-class drives.

I want to deploy a database in HA (mysql or postgres), ftp servers (one for scanning printers and the other for backing up my openwrt, mikrotik etc), dns server, dhcp server, for monitoring it will be prometheus, loki, grafana. In addition i may want to deploy self-hosted github runner.

I currently don't have any NAS, so there won't be any backups or nfs share for now.

Do you have any recommendations for consumer or enterprise SSDs for that kind of workload?
