I just downloaded the ready or not torrent from fitgirl but the setup wont run, whenever I try and open it it says that windows cant access this file and that I may not have the appropriate permissions to access the file.

Ive already tried redownloading the whole thing but the same issue popped up, ive also put the compatability mode to windows 7, changed the permissions for both authenticated users and everyone to full control, disabled the anti viruses that I can (my windows defender is kinda fcked, it wont open no matter what but it also seems like it just isnt active at all), and I triple checked that I got the right fitgirl website, I dont know what to do anymore
