Is there any advantage to autobrr if you don't care about racing? (zerobytes.monster)

With ptp mentioning that a lot of users are using a lot of api calls they say we should set radarr to only search every hour. Currently my radarr set up is set to search every 15 minutes (the default). I can change my radarr settings, but if there is an advantage to autobrr besides racing I'll use that instead.
