Please forgive any poor technical descriptions, my brain is very small (;)

Having a bad time with my new Tenda AC8 and I’d love some advice.

So the wifi part is working just fine but my mesh system, smart home device and powerline adapter plugged into the lan ports and not getting any internet.

It seems not to be a hardware issue as they are detected as “wired” devices in the Tenda app, only all constantly at 0.0KB/s (；ω；)

I’m assuming it’s a settings thing but I’m not really sure what to do about it…..

As for my troubleshooting attempts:

1. Power cycle router
2. Power cycle LAN devices
3. Plugging in the LAN devices before turning on the router
4. Plugging in the LAN devices while the router is on
5. Changing to manual DNS settings of preferred 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4
6. Updated software for the router
7. Checked the cables were securely connected
