im not really sure how to explain this but my internet isint the best but for some reason starting today my download speeds are in the kilobytes instead of 2.5 mb which i usually get and if i do a internet speed test or download something the download speed goes right back up to 2.5 mb but when i go to play a game or watch youtube its back down in kb, and games are unplayable i have tried many things contacting internet provider, restarting router, restarting router to factory settings, changing gateways doing the ping test in ipconfig im out of ideas and dont know what it could be. Help would be appreciated
