The way the movie brings you in from the first scene withh the Jeep chase and keeps you hooked the whole time. I must have seen The Goonies 50 times in my life....maybe more because as a kid i damn wore out that VHS.

But just even watching it today, it has so much movie magic that truly makes it special.

I know its a movie a lot of people connect with because we all watched it as kids but it truly is just an objectively good movie.
