I'm currently making a fileserver/NAS and want help making sure my backup solutions make sense. For my NAS I have 2 6tb hard drives in Raid 0, for the purposes of speed and storage capacity. Most data on it (movies mainly) are pretty trivial to re-download if they are lost, so I'm not planning on backing them up. The data I do care about, my immich photos for example, will be backup up to a separate machine in my Homelab with 4 1tb drives in raid 6. This data will be less than a terabyte, and will also be backed up to a cloud provider, which one exactly I haven't decided.

I feel like this covers the bases pretty well, but I'm pretty new in the IT world and would like to double check my work.

TYIA!
