Is that product placement on that image? Like, the cans, are they an actual thing you can buy?

Some quick searching and it looks like multiple brands of sanpin-cha all use similar color schemes. So it is probably meant to depict just the Okinawa specialty more than any brand in particular.

Zombie Land Saga used to do similar things where the eye catch scenes in the middle of the show would depict them all using/eating/visiting iconic Saga Prefecture things.

It says Sanpincha (Okinawan jasmine tea) but I'm not sure if it's supposed to depict a particular brand.

You might be wondering why this show's title is just "Okitsura" when there is so much text in the Japanese title on the visual. Well, I was anyway... The full title is "Okinawa de Suki ni Natta Ko ga Hougen Sugite Tsura Sugiru" in Japanese, which gets shortened down in traditional Japanese fashion to the portmanteau of "Okitsura". Looking at the manga source's Mangadex page, we can see a more complete English title, "The Girl I Fell in Love With in Okinawa Speaks in a Heavy Dialect and It's Too Much of a Pain" which is a bit of a mouthful. So, "Okitsura" it is.

Yeah, tons of shows do this. I am on mobile, but off the top of my head: Danmachi, Tsumasho, Bokuyaba, Oreimo, Konosuba, and many others I am sure.

Indeed. Another one that popped in my head was Horimiya.
