Just saw a job listing for a position where the first 2 paragraphs was just about how great the founder of the org is and how many prizes/awards they won.

I guess you know what to expect if you take that job. #NGO #Japan #Climate

75% of job adverts on LinkedIn start with how great the company is, how great their values are, how great their achievements are, etc.

Finally, at the bottom of the job description is a looong list about how much the company expects the candidate to uphold the greatness of the company.

(You usually find out about greatness the day you're fired).

@[email protected] Kinda expected for corporate jobs. This was a non-profit job, and in the listing, barely mentions the org, just the founder.
