Any recommendations for a virtual server provider, kind of like the smallest Digital Ocean server (and that price range), but one that even Stallman would approve, or at least not vehemently reject?

Vikings is planning hosting on libre hardware for some time now and according to their website they are comming "with an updated product portfolio." tomorrow so maybe it will contain new info about their hosting plans. https://store.vikings.net/

I care less about privacy more about free software. For example, privacytools.io is on github, rather than any other free software git host.
