First we'd have to get gov'ts to stop building and/or installing anti-homeless structures, like sharp rocks embedded in concrete and benches with handrails inbetween seating.

Really? Delaying a home renovation or family vacation?

People are having a hard time affording groceries and finding rentals. Many are facing potential homelessness. And a "personal finance expert" is suggesting delaying a fucking home renovation or family vacation?!

This advice is so out of touch I don't even.

The rest of the article was mostly great, but that paragraph... oof
