"morimori" means "swelling, someone full of zest, gusto"

People handing out tissue packets on the street - This is a common advertising tactic for a nearby business, with the location and contact info printed on the plastic packet, but where I encountered them in Tokyo, this was usually for adult-oriented businesses. I did hang on to the packets I collected for some years, so it does work. More useful than flyers.
