I've been having trouble trying to search for [email protected], which seems to be the "main" PS5 sub. No matter how many times I've searched for it, I can't get it to come up. Is anyone else able to? I haven't had any issues searching for other communities.

That specific community seems to be experiencing some problems. I've tried following their instructions but no luck so far. Keep trying, I will as well. Lemmy.ml has really been running like a square-wheeled bike lately, hasn't it?
It sure seems to struggle a bit right now but not only on this instance. I tried subbing to a community over on lemmy.ml with no real success. Also I can't post stuff to a community on lemmy.ml right now 😥
They may (hopefully) get stuff fixed.
Being on a smaller instance has the advantage that it tends to work ;)
Djokkum, did you see that Beehaw just defederated with us?
Edit: I just saw your post about the bot signups a few days ago. I think this was the driving force behind the defederating. But it sounds like you already have resolved the issue with removals and captcha. Beehaw said in their post that admins can email them to discuss, so maybe you can persuade them to refederate us since you've taken countermeasures against the bots?

I'm having trouble seeing [email protected] through this instance. I'm subscribed to other lemmy.world communities so I'm not sure what the problem is.
Not sure why that one is being troublesome, I also can't get it to work completely. Not all stuff is synchronizing. Sorry it's not working right, I'm going to have to chalk it up to Lemmy being a bit rough around the edges sometimes. If you want I can try to remove it and force a re-sync, but I'm not sure if it would help or make things worse...
