Explains why you can't loot clothing off most NPCs unlike past games where what you saw is mostly what they had, barring some unique encounters. Not sure why they wouldn't just make every clothing style an actual thing you could wear if they have the models and such for 'em. Other open world games have been this way for a while, but Bethesda games have been pretty cool about knowing we want that cool hat or jacket on the random nobodies we see.

Next thing you'll be telling me Starfield isn't Real Life at all, but just some elaborate computer game.
So they're all running around in Edgar suits?
Tell me you're trying to find things wrong with a game just to complain without telling me.
I just thought it was a neat fact. Don't go assuming things like that
