Feel free to educate me on this. This is only an initial query not a polished proposal.

What if we could incorporate internet security on the domestic level (instead of www. It would be us.), with any user outside of the country needing to identify themselves as human in order to gain access.

Wouldn’t a Domestic VPN be less complicated but still incredibly challenging to track?

The reason I am thinking on this is because of the influx of bots from other countries that are becoming increasingly difficult to get a handle on.

Also, the dark web is currently a global anonymous marketplace. What if it was downgraded to a domestic anonymous marketplace?
