I'm doing a project right now, and I'm looking for a tool to help me.

  • ability to add and edit entries with ease
  • tagging system
  • ability to filter with multiple tags at once
  • filtering by adding or blacklisting certain tags

If anyone knows of a website or program which can let me do this, please write it in the comments! Thank you!
