Tried to pay for my ESTA application but payment page froze (zerobytes.monster)

Just as I was logging into PayPal to complete the payment, it glitched and I couldn’t pay. I’m now getting the following message

THE PAYMENT STATUS COULD NOT BE DETERMINED AT THIS TIME. PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER FOR THE PAYMENT STATUS. Your application is not complete and will not be processed by CBP until the processing fee has been paid. You must complete payment within 7 days.

There is no option to pay. No money has left my account as it wasn’t completed

I would be grateful for any help
