Slow internet connection using DECO BE11000 BE65

I have been using the DECO for several years now. Started out using the M5 unit and decided it was time for an upgrade and purchased the BE65 2 pack. Why is it when im connected to my wifi that is nearest the isp router i am getting speeds of 400mbps but when im connected to the 2nd unit wifi i only receive a speed of about 100mbps. Please note I connected the two units using an ethernet cable. For those not fully aware of TP LINK’s routers the BE65 is wifi 7 and has 4 2.5gbps ethernet ports.
