A Laptop with a REMOVABLE BATTERY! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ffCnLJKA-KY
Panasonic brought back a BUNCH of the retro hits for the Let's Note FV4, and it's a SHOCKINGLY thin and light notebook PC.
I just wish it was easier to buy...

Beautiful! Any word on Linux compatibility with the touchpad or does it require some funky driver pack?

It reminds me of my old favourite laptop, the Sony Vaio. Excellent hardware.

@[email protected] it's got that Japanese business feel to it, and I love it.

@[email protected] this thing is absolutely awesome! Makes you realize how much we've given up 😔

@[email protected] if we can nudge interest for products like this, we can start to get more options back.

@[email protected] you should have seen the smile on my face when you showed all of those ports and the removable battery!

@[email protected] There' just no excuse right! This thing is almost as light as an LG Gram, and close to the hinge depth of my surface laptop, and it has PORTS and a removable battery.
More companies could totally be doing this...

@[email protected] 100% agree. No one should be making excuses for these companies when it comes to the features that we all could have but they are selfishly removing so that we will have to pay for additional hardware or upgrade to the more expensive version of the device. I find myself spending some time trying to educate others on these things so that we can have a more vocal voice as a whole
