Hi

Is my PC worth overclocking ? How much improvement can I get by OC ?

I have CPU: i7 3770k (Ivy Bridge, 22 nm ), cpu cooler: ARCTIC Freezer 13, Motherboard: Gigabyte Z77X-D3H, Ram: DDR3 16 GB Kingston Hyper Blue, Graph.Card: NVidia GeForce GTX 1050  Ti (GP 107, Gainward, 14nm, 607 MHz),

I have no experience with OC, no prior knowledge with it .. and I don’t feel need for itright now (I dont play games right now, I just use pc for normal work) .. but I think I should be prepared to do OC in the near future ..

So, main question is: Is it worth overclocking ? How much improvement can I get from OC?

Secondary question: Any reccomendations how to do it ? Quick search told me that I shouls set CPU Multiplier to 42 - 46, set memory multiplier 16 - 26 ?, Vcore up to 1.35 , tempriture to keep lower than 80-85 C ?

Third qeestion: Will OC cause CPU to die after few years ?
