I have a ryzen 5 5600 and i enabled PBO with -14 CO all cores, a boost clock override of +200mhz and 140A tdc 180w ppt max (motherboard's limits). When i stress it, it runs at 4.4ghz despite having thermal headroom (80°C max after 1h of occt) and not being limited by voltage either (only 1.2v). However, when i test in single core, every core can go to 4.65ghz no problem. Is there something i'm doing wrong ?
