There are honestly too many.
I'd say Bookworm, because it's quality is consistent for the later books. Spider was also high up, if not for the disappointing ending, and Youjo Senki is a slog near the end of the series.

Spider ending was good in concept in my opinion, but would have needed a whole other Volume. And not even having kumuko dialogue for most if it was really unsatisfying

Right now I am fully absorbed in The conqueror from a dying kingdom. Great world building and (as of the fifth volume) compelling story.
Bookworm, no question. Followed by Cooking With Wild Game.
