In my case i play a lot of stepmania and that required a lot of tapping and sometimes i feel slight pains or (rarely) my left hand feels tingly or numb for a tjme. Playing dance games on foot was definitely a boon in every sense, be it friendships, weight loss, and overall stronger legs.
