ATH: 238 SW: 209 CW: 179. I’m four pounds from my second goal weight. It seems unreal. Next goal should get me into the slightly unhealthy range for BMI and weight. I’d still need to lose about 35lbs to be a healthy weight but I’m pretty sure I would look ill if I lost that much. I guess we’ll see when I hit my next goal in 15lbs. I’m still on Zepbound and have been trying to be very mindful of my body’s signals for when I inevitably taper off.
TBH I’ve been struggling with dysmorphia and feeling as fat as I was when I started.
