Parking rates near Findlay Market may increase as city overhauls street spaces

Basically- it's getting more crowded and will only get more so once the Liberty+Elm project finishes. The lower 1.25/hour rate is a better look than garage parking that starts at 3/hour.
Makes sense to me, especially after they completed that new garage.
