Lineker: Are you a manger that looks at the players and then decides on a system, or do you have a system and then decide what players fit into it?

Ange: I don't have a system but I do have a way of playing. Because systems change, mate. Again, I've used every system under the sun. [...] But they've all been under the premise that we'll have the ball, and be really aggressive in our approach.
