Hello,
I keep track of GME Lemmy instances and other fediverse instances (e.g. Mastodon) on my website gmehydra.org
as for specific communities that exist on not-GME-specific-instances, I know of at least 2:
ΔΡΣ Central
Community to discuss the DRSGME.org project and resources, and how to spread DRS advocacy and information to GameStop investors around the world.
Have a great idea to spread the word? There are some resources here to get started!

Hello,

https://gmestock.com is another Lemmy instance I am aware of!
Edit: noticed after posting it is already included on the gmehydra.org directory!
https://kbin.social/m/[email protected]
Is this the exact same as this instance? I don’t understand kbin vs lemmy
it looks that kbin link is referencing the community that is hosted on this lemmy instance.
kbin and Lemmy are different fediverse software implementations. the nature of the fediverse is such that different pieces of software can communicate with each other using common protocols. The most prominent of these protocols is ActivityPub. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/6/68/A_view_into_the_Fediverse.png/800px-A_view_into_the_Fediverse.png
on kbin it looks like they call "subreddits" magazines, and the links use /m/
on Lemmy they are called communities, and the links use /c/
so in the case of that link, it is showing federated posts to users on that kbin instance that originate from this Lemmy instance.
