Really interesting talk. It’s funny to me how as the world gets more and more connected via the internet, more and more the law enforcement branches sacrifice privacy in order to “fight evil”

Is there a transcript?

Read the book. Great story. Was curious why they decided to roll up the program at the end and blow their own cover. Book mentioned it was getting too popular, but that didn't sound right.

Hopefully, the talk will explain it a little better. Bookmarked to watch.

Any judge would very much like to know where the prosecution got text message logs, contact books, etc. It was only a matter of time before they were outed.

Same with the stingray towers, was used for very quiet recon, then city cops got access to the tech and blew it.
