Are you calling a dealership or Subaru of America? I've always heard that SoA were really responsive to customer complaints.
Both, started at the dealership and they told me to contact SoA. Spoke to someone briefly at SoA, and was told they would contact me if they found replacements, and I never heard back. I've also called and left a few voicemails to no avail.
