I certainly hope so. Especially since the LuaLaTeX and XeLaTeX engines are still compiling LaTeX code, and you can't have LaTeX without the underlying TeX.

I kind of assumed that LaTeX meant the LaTeX format only, so I created [email protected], but no one posts there but me so... I'd rather be in a community where things are discussed. I suspect that most people use LaTeX, and very few use plain.
It was theorized that fragmented communities would converge, and this seems like a good place. Still, the name is LaTeX, so maybe it is only about LaTeX, I don't know.
