NASA FIRMS data confirming that Russia's Tver region lost a second ammunition depot overnight.
Located only 15km from the previous strike, both are nearly 500km from the Ukrainian border.
It looks like it is right next to the complex that was hit earlier this week.
The most logical place to move ammo in danger from the other location. Likely store it in less than ideal conditions as well.
