I get that the idea is using Trump's rhetoric and narrative against him... But like, can we save the ai generated, theocratic political posting for like... Facebook? Somewhere other than lemmy, where it's probable the entire userbase finds that kind of rhetoric extremely distastefull? ๐

idk, man... I say we at least consider sending in the heavily armed battle trolls to lay siege to the ~~mount doom~~ truth social fortifications. been a while since I've seen a good troll brigade marching forth.
... on the one hand i was making a memetic reference to a batman comic that made the rounds on the internet a little while back,
on the other hand, in order to troll properly it has to be something that actually gets under the skin of the intended audience and gets them REAL good and outraged, and abusing their religiosity is a deliciously tantalizing vector for ruining the day of a theocratic fuckwit. Just the filthiest bastardized blasphemy possible. They might even escalate to physical violence, as many religious zealots are wont, at which point putting them down with lethal force becomes entirely justified, since at that point they're already murderously feral.
so it has merit. But I can't even imagine how i'd stomach wading into such an environment even just to document the fallout.
