I like them with a spritz of lemon juice and powdered sugar. A little lemon zest in the batter is nice too.

An American made German pancakes. His daughter couldn't pronounce Deutsch. She would apparently say Dutch. Now we have Dutch Babies.

it doesn't look like german pancakes either,
those are more like a middleground between creppe and american pancakes.
it kinda reminds me of kaiserschmarrn if you don't Scramble it,
but thats an Austrian recipe.
