Has anyone found if there's anything like implants in the game? (lemmy.world)

There's a background that mentions implants and cybernetic augmentation/transhumanism (cyberneticist). I didn't pick it, but it made me think implants were a thing in the game. I'm a good 24 hours in now but I haven't found anything like it. Is that a thing?

Haven't seen anything either, and there's characters with cybernetics on their faces etc but haven't found a shop or anything for that

I actually found those, they're called neuroamps and can be bought at Ryujin, in Neon. Dunno if they can be found anywhere else
