Wake me up when someone jailbreaks the thing and sells them as an aftermarket car mod that lets me aim it at any driver I'm pissed off at and broadcast a falsified report of their vehicle driving 90mph.

I get a "fuck you!" button, and the legal system gets a shit storm that eventually renders the tech inadmissable. Win win!!

Eh, they patent everything they can think of these days.

Doesn't mean they're gonna use it, they just want paid if anyone else wants to use it.

When is Chrysler going to detect and report drunk drivers?

[–] [email protected] 17 points 3 months ago

How about we don't encourage corporations to spy on us and treat us like criminals? How about we don't root for a fuckin dystopian surveillance State? That would be great. Sheesh

Right after they figure out how to detect and report the drunk engineers that design their shit suspension and transmissions

Fuck this. I guess I'm never buying a Ford. That's a shame too, because the Mustang looks fun.

Ah yes Ford, the car company that for the last 2 decades has consistently made the shittiest, least reliable vehicles on the road. Well I certainly won't be buying from them NOW 🙄
