How to ADHD has been really helpful for me, as has Psych2Go. There are some other Youtubers who have posted videos of "10 signs you may have ADHD" or similar, but those aren't like their usual videos, like Rick Wants to Know

I read ADHD 2.0 and it really resonated with me.
Their original book, driven to distraction is extremely good too. Describes the condition really well, I cried reading the case studies it resonated with me so much.
Some of the info is a bit more dated than ADHD 2.0 but I feel it's a bit more comprehensive
ADHD 2.0 on goodreads for anyone interested.
Also, I am wondering if Taking charge of ADHD (2nd edition) is any good. The first edition has mixed reviews on goodreads .
btw, I am scared of books, I haven't been able to complete a bunch of them without intense dedication. Any tips are appreciated.
Try audiobook. That’s how I read ADHD 2.0.
Check with your local library. A lot of them are connected to Libby app which allows you to play audiobooks on your phone for free from their collection.
