Not ChatGPT much - keeping track of what I’m trying to accomplish while also crafting an effective prompt with the right level of specificity / guiding the tool through multiple revisions etc is also pretty EF demanding sometimes. I guess I can find the “blank canvas” of a chat prompt overwhelming as a starting point.

On the other hand, more ADHD-focused tools built on top of the models that power chatGPT like goblin.tools are amazing for this type of stuff!

Never heard of goblin tools before, and it looks incredibly helpful. Thank you!

I use goblin tools! I hear you on the blank slate phenomenon of gpt...I have yet to make a meaningful use of it because of that.

ChatGPT types my wordy emails and company announcements for me. Nothing with sensitive info of course. I also have it type my cover letters, as well as my written requests

Lately chatgpt feels more like is better not asking anything. The response are even misleading. At the beginning it was really surprising. Not sure what happened.

I have not, but it's an interesting thought. I may have to try this out. I imagine that, to get a worthwhile answer, you would have to give ChatGPT a lot of context for your problem/question. Taking the time to identify and consider that context may actually be more helpful than whatever answer the AI could provide.

Until now i have either avoided doing them at all or done them very poorly
