For whoever is out of the loop, Biden has drop out and endorsed Harris, and this is somewhat of a catchphrase of hers.

I don't know what is prompted the slew of Lord of the Ring references on this community recently, but I'm here for it

Those wringing their hands about this are the same ones who for 9 months have been gaslighting themselves and the world about Joe Biden.

IF you argued that Biden was our only option for the previous 9 months, thats the new litmus as to whether or not your opinion gets any credence whatsoever.

I'm stoked that the party can finally admit to being incompetent.

Incompetence is a huge part of this, but also, the lying.

The lying from mainstream news, and frankly, from within this community needs to be addressed.

There was a cult that formed here denying the reality of the situation around Joe Biden, that persisted for months, with favor from moderation. Denying reality, denying polling, and being incredibly abusive to ANYONE who would suggest that JB was losing this election.

Those people cost us real time in getting a candidate out there that can beat Trump, and NEED to be called out for it.

Completely agreed. Often enough, the stubbornness and even the constant wilful misinterpretations often made me feel like the place was infested with bots. "This is why I don't think Biden is a good candidate" was CONSTANTLY met with "Oh, so you want Trump to win then?", burying the initial criticism even when it came from people who were arguing for the sake of not letting Republicans win. I hope they at some point come to understand why the term blue MAGA has been steadily gaining popularity.
