My current watch list:
I usually try out a ton of shows, but also drop a lot of them as the season goes on.
I'll include a rating giving my current opinion to shows I'm watching, obviously subject to change.

Dropped:
I don't blame you for dropping Ryza. I am going to give it one more episode before dropping since I have heard good things about the source from a friend that is excited about it, but so far I have found it very dull.
Current season definitely watching:
Current season trying out:
Trying to catch up to possibly watch this season:
Finishing up from last season:
So is this season of horimoya counted as s2? Or a completely diff spinoff?
From what I understand, it’s filling in parts of the story that were skipped in S1. So not really a S2, and not really a spin-off. I’m not sure exactly, but I think the first couple episodes of Pieces were set roughly 1/3 of the way through S1?
I’m enjoying seeing the characters again, and there have been some nice moments.
It's be closer to season 2 than spin-off.
I found the vending machine one to be strangely interesting in a stereotypical kind of way. Kenshin I'll probably drop, seemed like a direct copy or close enough of the original and live action movies. I liked My Happy Marrige a lot more than I expected and really need to see the next episode to make a determination. I really didn't like The girl I like forgot her glasses. The production is... something, and not in a good way. And the story isn't catching me.
Watching all the releases and I'm waiting for three episodes before I start dropping shows but following are the ones I enjoyed: Liar liar, Zom100, Mushoku tensei, Helck, Vending machine, and Thighza.
The rest had to be on 1.5 or 2x speed or else I would've dropped it before the 10minute mark of episode 1.
Mushoko tensei
Jujutsu kaisen
Kenshin
Ryza
So far this season...
Enjoying:
Waiting to see how it plays out:
Waiting to binge after the season is over:
Old show I am currently watching:
I liked Priconne, so I'm gonna branch out a bit and try Ryza
Gonna check out the depressed cat one as well 😅
Cecilia looks chill too
Definitely going be watching the new seasons of Mushoku Tensei, Jujutsu Kaisen, Link Click, & Horimiya
For new shows, I’ll watch: - Vending machine isekai - Am I Actually the Strongest? (I’m a crackhead for op mc isekai) - Liar, Liar
I’m also going to try out rent a girlfriend but not sure I want to suffer for another season.
Watching
Gundam: Witch from Mercury
Fruits Basket (2019)

So far only only started a couple:
Want to start:
I was hoping this season was the season I would have the chance to rewatch some favorites of mine but my list is getting longer than anticipated.
3 episodes:
Shows I might not actually watch because I read the manga (exceptions include Helck and played Ryza):
How do I watch so much? I don't. Some of these will be dropped halfway through or altogether when the new season starts.
Currently Watching:
Edens Zero Season 1 Shaman King (2021)
Recently Completed:
Tenkuu Shinpan Chainsaw Man
Struggling to find anything to watch this season. Seems like most shows this season are either continuing series that I don't care about, or fall pretty firmly into my "don't bother" list: uninspired isekai schlock, drawn out will they/won't they romcoms, and contrived harems in which everyone inexplicably likes the self-insert main character just because he's the only "nice" male in a 50 mile radius.
Ryza is okay but the characters are absurdly dumb (let me closely inspect these blue flowers to check if they are white or not). Zom 100 seems all right and is well animated but the first episode of [40 minutes of generic Japanese salaryman backstory that I don't care about] was really tedious to get through. I gave the vending machine a chance for at least trying to be unique but was not at all impressed - it's just the same isekai crap beneath the surface (just buy the exact skill I need to solve each problem that appears). Will probably try to watch the first 3 eps of Helck in one sitting because people have been enthusiastic about it, hopefully it's decent.
If anyone has any recommendations for a good comedy or fantasy series I'll check it out, otherwise it's probably gonna be a backlog season for me.
Try undead murder farce of you haven't already
Thanks, I'll check it out.
Pretty slow season for me, I'm only watching 4 seasonals.
BanG Dream myGO!!!!! had an excellent premiere, dropping 3 episodes at once with #3 being a very memorable one. It focuses on a brand new set of characters too so you don't need previous knowledge of bandori to try it.
Both Undead Girl Murder Farce and My Happy Marriage are quite good in their genres, the audiovisual production is the standout for me.
Synduality Noir was shaky, some promising moments but I'm not sure if I'll be watching it by the end of the season.
Hirogaru Sky! Precure continues to be very strong! We're in mid-season finale time and it delivered, along with a cool new ED.
Watching
Notables just finished & waiting for the sequel season
Watching:
Ruruoni Kenshin Mushoku Tensei Jujutsu Kaisen Zom 100
Giving a 3 episode trial:
My Happy Marriage Undead Murder Farce Synduality Noir
I am not watch anime seasonally usually but: Vending Machine and Jujutsu Kaisen S2, also started One Piece finally, on episode 12 so far.
I generally only watch one or two shows as they air each season and then binge them at the end because I can’t stand the wait, so my pick this season is the vending machine!
I'm more or less trying out everything this season (been doing so for a few now).
The big names are all awesome as expected but I'm really enjoying a lot of the smaller ones as well.
The romcoms have been a lot less enjoyable for me this season so far (last season was STACKED), but I'm still seeing some flashes of brilliance here and there.
Watching:
Finishing from last season:
Hoping to finish the ones from last season soon, so I can start more from this season. I try not to watch too many anime per season as it just gets too hard to keep up.
Want to watch:
My happy marriage is beautiful (so far). I never thought i'd be into period drama anime, but hey here we are. I'm hooked!
Watching 10+ more shows. Currently enjoying My Happy Marriage, Zom:100, Mushoku Tensei s2, Helck the most.
Not sure if I should dive into My Happy Marriage or not. From the synopsis, it almost sounds like a courtly love kind of thing, but I have seen some good reviews, so I might give it a shot if it keeps being well received. It could fill the Raeliana-sized hole left after last season.
