Also, the poll in the title is misrepresented. 65% of Americans believe that life exists on another planet. The poll does not mention government cover ups, or that aliens are visiting Earth. As one of the 65%, yes, I believe it's statistically impossible that Earth is the only planet with life. However, I don't think they've ever left their planet, let alone visited ours.

According to my understanding, the US would have intelligent alien life, but the magnificent wall Mexico bought for us prevents this from happening.
