Almost all banking is online now, so you have access to your accounts if you have your passwords. But if something happens to you, do your loved ones know how to access those accounts?

I keep a password-protected spreadsheet with all my passwords and account numbers, which I print out every 6 months and put in my fire safe. I recommend doing something similar.

In addition to keeping one of these in a physical safe, it's a good idea to use a reputable password manager you can access from any device. Bitwarden has a free tier, is open-source and is consistently ranked among the best.
