laptop specs: msi gf76 katana 12UD, i5 12450h 45W, rtx 3050ti 4gb 60W, 2x8gb 3200Mhz ddr4 ram

My msi gf76 cpu is hitting crazy temps (90-97°C) even when its under less than 10 percent load while gaming (deep rock galactic). Ive been monitoring the cores for some time with core temp and msi center (screenshots). The laptop is around 5 months old and has been repasted and cleaned before i bought it around 2 weeks ago. Ive tried undervolting it all the way to -190mV and it doesnt help. Should I just keep on undervolting it lower? 190mV already seems like too much. What is the max undervolt people managed to pull off?
