MDMA zou best op de lijst van softdrugs kunnen, omdat het niet super schadelijk is. Dat is de bijzondere conclusie die een staatscommissie vandaag presenteert. Toch adviseert diezelfde commissie om MDMA - de actieve stof in xtc - harddrugs te blijven noemen. Een interview met voorzitter Brigit Toebes. ‘Het gaat er ook om hoe je het gebruikt.’
