Was working through an agency, been there since December thought that it was a sweet gig. Had also started seeing a nice girl and things were great. The work was okay, usually it was a bunch of lads who fucked about, didn't do much work and we're very good at skiving. Or nights where it was me and this really funny, sound baii but a bit lazy and annoying.

I've been a grafter all my life. So I put my back into the work as much as I could. Everything seemed well, everyone seemed to like me. My girlfriend at the time started experiencing extreme symptoms of bipolar, we ended up getting into some messy rows.

Eventually we just had to break it off, we'd moved in together by that stage so the process was just so much more complicated. I still keep in touch with her as a friend and try to be there to support her through any episodes or just shitty days, but it can be kind of heavy sometimes.

Oh yeah my father's dying slowly and painfully as well, but he's been drunk most of my life so other than being forced into caring for him we don't have much of a relationship.

Aye so got the phonecall today. Sacked, I was covering 2 positions within the job. They hadn't covered a shift and were using me to cover both positions. Some days I was run absolutely ragged and had 2 incidents. 1 major one because the lazy fella was absolutely annoying the hell out of me while I was trying to work (funny he did the exact same thing and didn't even get a warning). Then a very minor incident a few weeks later.

Given absolutely no notice.

Fuck my life. Sincerely a disgruntled ex-employee.
