My goal is just to have a community where people can go and see what new game news is out for the day and comment on it.

For real, if that game was Sundberg with his arms tied behind his back, I really want to see the original vision
Same, loved the arkham style combat without the plot armor.
You want to do a killer overlong brutal takedown? Cool, cool, you're gonna have to clear some space and hope nobody decides to whack you with a lead pipe.
Plus the story fit perfectly, and the visuals were on point.
One of the rare times I'm sad to find out there was DLC planned and they didn't release it.
That game had some great gameplay elements. Most notably the caravan takedowns.
Unfortunate that the array of side missions was repetitive and overall story lacking.
Yeah, these parts were great but do not require an open world. Contrary to the developer's comments, having agency or autonomy in a game is not at odds with being linear. More often than not, making a game open world just leads to those problems you pointed out.
Loved that game, not perfect, but still a great experience
Edit: based on the quotes from the developer, Miller is an ungrateful idiot. Btw I haven’t seen the new movie, but seems to be full of CGI based on the trailer, which is literally the exact opposite of what made the last movie successful
Saw the new movie today. It's not as full of CGI as the trailer makes it look, but, granted, it's more noticeable than it was in Fury Road. There are still some great practical stunts in it, though, it was still an enjoyable experience. 75% as good as Fury Road, for me.
Same experience here, it's a fun and entertaining movie. FR is still better but that is a perfect movie IMHO, it'd be next to impossible to match or beat it in any way
Good to hear. The trailers have looked awful. Nearly as bad as some of the DC movies.
They should make a Mad Max third person isometric game in the style of Baldur’s Gate 3.
You mean, Fallout?
Down, down, down, by the dried-up riverbed ...
Wasteland 2 and 3 exist
Wasteland 3 takes place in Colorado, so it's a post apocalyptic (snowy) desert adventure
Deserts are hot and sandy.
Antarctica is a desert
I don't like snow.
It's cold and wet and irritating and it gets everywhere.
Wasteland 1 and 2 exist for you
