The Sisters aren't wrong when it comes to women, and most Catholics, including the Vatican, would agree with them. Butker said some things that apply to the Catholic view as a whole, and some that only ultra-conservative traditionalist ones do. Over 95% of faithful Catholics don't belong to or hold the views of those "Trad" groups. It's just that the "Trads" are EXTREMELY loud online for a group their size and, well, since Trump took office in 2016 their views have been bleeding into society as a whole.
EDIT: And just to make it absolutely clear, the views of Trads do not necessarily represent the views of the Church overall. For actual Church teaching on any given subject, if there is a Church teaching on it (there's quite a few hot button issues for which the Church has no clear teaching and allows differing opinions on), turn to the Catechism or the most recent writings from the Vatican on it.
